Termination of Registration
Seal Swimming's termination of registration policy — outlining when management may terminate a participant's registration in the best interest of the participant or the program.
Seal Swimming reserves the right to terminate the registration of any participant(s) if, in its sole discretion, management determines such termination to be in the best interest of the participant or the program.
This may apply in cases involving repeated violations of our Swimmer Code of Conduct or Parent and Caregiver Code of Conduct, or any behaviour that compromises the safety or well-being of other participants or staff.
If you have concerns about conduct at your location, please contact our team or speak to the Shift Lead on deck.
