What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for enthusiastic individuals who thrive in a positive, fast-paced environment and love working with kids.
Mandatory Requirements for Swim Teachers & Lifeguards
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A passion for teaching and a genuine love for working with children.
Availability for at least 3 shifts per week.
Physically fit to work 3-4 hour shifts.
Current Swim Teacher (or equivalent) certification.
Current National Lifeguard (NLS) certification.
Pay range: $17.00 to $22.00 per hour.
Customer Service Representative
Excellent customer service and organizational skills.
A friendly, approachable attitude with a team-first mindset.
Pay range: $17.00 to $18.50 per hour.
Aquatic Leadership Instructor and Examiner
Strong leadership and mentorship abilities.
Creative problem-solving and active listening skills.
Effective time management and decision-making.
Professional and friendly demeanour.
Actively seeking to teach Bronze Medallion, Bronze Cross, Standard First Aid & CPR and/or National Lifeguard courses.
Pay range: $25.00 to $35.00 per hour.
