What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for enthusiastic individuals who thrive in a positive, fast-paced environment and love working with kids.

Mandatory Requirements for Swim Teachers & Lifeguards

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • A passion for teaching and a genuine love for working with children.

  • Availability for at least 3 shifts per week.

  • Physically fit to work 3-4 hour shifts.

  • Current Swim Teacher (or equivalent) certification.

  • Current National Lifeguard (NLS) certification.

  • Pay range: $17.00 to $22.00 per hour.

Customer Service Representative

  • Excellent customer service and organizational skills.

  • A friendly, approachable attitude with a team-first mindset.

  • Pay range: $17.00 to $18.50 per hour.

Aquatic Leadership Instructor and Examiner

  • Strong leadership and mentorship abilities.

  • Creative problem-solving and active listening skills.

  • Effective time management and decision-making.

  • Professional and friendly demeanour.

  • Actively seeking to teach Bronze Medallion, Bronze Cross, Standard First Aid & CPR and/or National Lifeguard courses.

  • Pay range: $25.00 to $35.00 per hour.
