Refund Policy
Cancellations before and after the session start, medical withdrawals, account credits, and how to submit a refund request.
Before the Session Start Date
If a refund or cancellation request is made prior to the swim session start date, a monetary refund will be issued, less a processing fee of $50 or 25% of the total amount (whichever is less).
After the Session Start Date
If a refund or cancellation request is made on or after the swim session start date, no monetary refund will be available should a student withdraw.
Medical Withdrawals
In the event of a medical emergency, with a doctor's note submitted alongside the withdrawal request, a credit towards a future registration (within six months of withdrawal) may be provided at the sole discretion of Seal Swimming.
Credits
Credits are non-refundable and may only be applied to Seal Swimming locations and products.

Our team will review your request and respond within 72 hours with a decision or next steps. Please note that approval is not guaranteed and is based on the specific details provided.
