Kids' swimming lessons for children ages 3–12 follow nine numbered levels from first independence and water foundations to multi-stroke technique, endurance and lane awareness.

Swim Stars is the independent-learning part of the Seal pathway. Nine levels move swimmers from Little Stars to Big Stars.
Swimmers move up when they consistently show the skills for their level — never by age or attendance alone.

Swim Stars feeds into Swim Squads, Teens & Adults Swim, competitive pathways or aquatic leadership. Typical squad entry is around Swim Star 7+ or by assessment, but final placement is always assessed.
