Class Cancellation Policy
What happens when Seal Swimming cancels a class, and the rescheduling or credit options available to families.
Before the First Class
If Seal Swimming cancels a class before the date of the first class (e.g., due to scheduling demands), a replacement class will be provided with the same class ratios and similar schedule, unless another mutually agreeable replacement is arranged.
After the Session Start Date
If Seal Swimming cancels a class on or after the date of the first class — including cancellations due to government or facility operator decisions — Seal Swimming reserves the right to either: reschedule the missed class, or apply a credit to the customer's account. No refunds will be provided in these circumstances.
