What Are Lane Swims?
Drop-in lap swimming sessions in designated lanes for swimmers aged 13 and up. Availability varies by location.
Lane Swims at Seal Swimming are dedicated sessions for swimmers aged 13 and up to enjoy the water in a calm, structured environment. Whether you're training for a triathlon, swimming for fitness, or just looking for a peaceful time to unwind, Lane Swims give you the freedom to focus on your own goals — without the structure of a formal lesson. Unlike Open Swim, Lane Swims are designed for individual swimming in designated lanes, offering space and time for uninterrupted movement and steady pacing.
Why Join Lane Swims?
Build endurance and cardiovascular fitness; refine technique and reinforce skills; prepare for triathlon or open water events; swim in a focused, meditative setting; enjoy flexible drop-in access around your schedule.
When Is It Offered?
Lane Swim availability varies by location and time of day. Morning, evening, and weekend sessions may be available depending on pool capacity and season. To view current options and book your session, log in to the Swim Portal and check under the Booking tab.
