Who it is for
Candidates aged 13+ starting the Seal Swimming lifeguarding course pathway.
Prerequisites
400 m swim prerequisite.
What is covered
Practical judgement and rescue skills, delivered over 18 hours.

Candidates aged 14+ taking the next certification after Bronze Medallion.
